A youth pastor should lead children, not only in their spiritual growth but their personal development as well.A youth minister needs to possess great lead qualities and have plenty of experience and testimony in order to share with the children. I must be able to withdraw and encourage others within the church. I leave behind be discipline, self-motivated, organized, and spiritually mature. This is why I believe AME lead help me get ahead Gods ministry, and ga in more fellowship of who God is. Scripture says Lots about knowledge throughout the bible. One of my favorite verses explaining Gods self-directed knowledge is in Proverbs.Proverbs 31-35My son, do not forget my teaching, but let your heart keep my commandments, for length of long time and years of life and peace they will add to you.
